How can I place orders with Value View? |

We have a variety of methods that you can use to place your orders with us. Generally we will recommend a specific method based on your anticipated order volume and with consideration to any integration work that you might need:
- Low volume clients can use the SourceNet system to place orders directly
- Moderate volume clients can email or upload bulk load spreadsheets that Value View will place on your behalf
- Large volume clients can “feed” orders directly to our SourceNet system via an xml or other customized interface
Likewise, order results can be sent back to you directly via an email, spreadsheet reporting or through an automated interface. Contact us for additional information about these services. |

How many orders should I expect to be cancelled by Value View? |
|
| While we make every effort to fulfill all orders placed with us, on rare occasions we may not be able to complete an order. Generally, these orders are placed in areas where there are access issues due to a disaster or in states where valuations are restricted. We will never cancel an order without your approval and only after all other options have been explored. . |

How does Value View quality check valuation results? |
|
| Value View uses a combination of automated checks, in addition to utilizing our expert analysts to perform “eyes-on” quality reviews on your orders. Additionally, as a part of the larger First American family, we can leverage data from other FA companies to validate our order results. Validating results based upon select residential data sets us apart as the leader in the valuation industry! |

Are maps provided that show the locations of comparables? |

| Value View uses industry-recognized mapping software to plot the proximity of comparables to the subject property. For your convenience, we include the maps in your order results and we also use them to aid in our quality checks. |

How do I get updates on my orders? |
|
Value View provides a variety of tools and resources to meet your specific needs. You can:
- Check your order status by using our web-based, online SourceNet™ system
- Review standard reports to track your orders
- View automated email notifications that proactively notify you about the status of your orders

How long does Value View retain order results online? |
|
| Order results are available online for a minimum of two years; however, once the order is removed from SourceNet™ we archive the data and can retrieve it, upon your request. |

What special software or hardware do I need to use Value View’s services? |
|
| No special tools are needed. Our web-based SourceNet™ system provides secure login via your Internet browser. Each of your designated users is assigned a personal login ID, which is secured by a user-selected password, to access our system. In SourceNet™ your users can place orders, check order status and view order results. |
